Pricing questions
- How does the free trial work?
- Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You can cancel during the trial at no charge.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- Not to create your workspace, upload your knowledge, connect a channel and test the assistant. Starting the 14-day trial does ask for a card, but nothing is charged during the trial: your plan begins automatically when it ends, and cancelling before that costs nothing.
- Can I change or cancel my plan later?
- Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from your billing page.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes. Every plan can be billed monthly or annually, and annual billing comes at a discount.
- What are add-ons?
- Optional capabilities you attach to a plan, such as extra voice minutes or niche action packs, billed on top of your subscription.
