Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

TalkOmni is billed as a monthly subscription in USD, charged in advance for each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@talkomni.com.

2. Cancellation

When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed. We do not automatically pro-rate or refund the remaining days of a period unless required by law.

3. Monthly fees

Monthly subscription fees already charged are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review the charge in good faith.

4. Setup fee

Any one-time setup fee covers onboarding and configuration work. Once that work has started it is non-refundable.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@talkomni.com with your account email and the charge in question. We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
