E-mail campaigns from your own mailbox, to people who said yes
Every conversation, form and booking already fills a contact book. Tag the people in it, keep their consent on record, and send an announcement or an invitation from your own address, at a pace that keeps your mailbox safe.
From contact book to sent campaign
- 1
One card per person
WhatsApp, Instagram, e-mail, forms and bookings all land on one card per person. Tag them, or upload an existing list from Excel with the consent you hold for it.
- 2
Write it, then read the proof
A subject, a text with simple formatting and the person's name filled in. Send yourself a proof first and open it on your phone too.
- 3
Send it now or schedule it
The list is frozen the moment you send. Mail leaves your own account at 20 a minute and 200 a day, and the report fills in as it goes.
What campaigns and the contact book give you
The contact card is the hub
Leads, conversations, appointments, form submissions and e-mails sent, all on one card per person, with your tags, a team note and the next step.
Consent kept as evidence
Consent is recorded per channel as a history of granted and withdrawn events, each with its source: a form checkbox, an uploaded list, a manual entry or an unsubscribe. Only people whose latest e-mail event says granted can receive a campaign.
Sent from your own address
Campaigns leave from the sending account you set in the project, never from ours, so replies and bounces come back to you.
A pace your mailbox survives
Gmail, Yandex and company mail servers lock an account that suddenly sends hundreds of mails. Twenty a minute and two hundred a day keeps safe the account your appointment reminders also use.
Unsubscribe is one click, on record
Every mail ends with an unsubscribe link that cannot be removed. Pressing it files a withdrawal on the card and leaves the person out of the next campaign.
A report per campaign
Sent, failed, skipped and pending per recipient, and clicks per link. Who clicked is not recorded.
One-to-one mail as well
Write to a single contact from their card through the same account. A personal message needs no marketing consent, and it shows up on the card.
Frequently asked questions
- Which plan includes campaigns?
- Pro and Enterprise. Pro sends to 2,000 recipients a month and Enterprise to 10,000. Basic has the contact book and the consent log, but not campaigns.
- Who is responsible for İYS and consent?
- Your business. You collect consent and register with İYS where the law asks for it. TalkOmni keeps the evidence, honours opt-outs and never sends to anyone without e-mail consent on record.
- Can I send campaigns on WhatsApp or SMS?
- Not today: campaigns are e-mail only. The contact card already records SMS and WhatsApp consent separately from e-mail.
- Why does a large list take days?
- Because it leaves from your own mailbox at 20 a minute and 200 a day, so a list of 1,000 takes five days. Write to us if your account can safely take a different cap.
- Can I bring my existing list?
- Yes. Upload an Excel or CSV file of up to 500 rows, tag it, and declare how you collected the consent. People already in the book are merged, never duplicated.
