Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TalkOmni, an omnichannel AI customer assistant operated by Genez LLC (“TalkOmni”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
TalkOmni lets a business connect an AI assistant to messaging channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram), answer customers from the business's own documents, take actions against the business's systems, and hand conversations to human agents. Features depend on the subscription tier.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be authorized to connect any channel, document or system you add to TalkOmni.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use TalkOmni for unlawful, harmful, deceptive or abusive purposes, to send unsolicited bulk messages in violation of channel policies, or to violate the terms of WhatsApp, Meta or Telegram. You are responsible for the content your assistant sends.
5. Subscriptions and billing
TalkOmni is offered as a tiered monthly subscription in USD, billed per workspace, and may include a one-time setup fee. Fees are charged in advance for each billing period. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Pricing is described on our pricing page or in a written quote.
6. Third-party services
TalkOmni integrates with third-party services including messaging platforms, AI model providers and payment processors. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
7. Intellectual property
TalkOmni and its software are owned by Genez LLC. You retain ownership of the documents and data you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. AI responses may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing automated actions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genez LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.
10. Changes and contact
