What is the FAQ video widget?

Is it the same as the chat widget?
No. It is a separate widget focused on self-service FAQ content. The two are designed to run side by side on the same page.
How do I add videos?
Upload them in the TalkOmni panel per question. You can mix video-only, text-only and video-plus-text answers freely.
Do I need a developer to install it?
No. You paste a single script tag once; everything else is managed from the panel.
