TalkOmni is operated by Genez LLC. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Contact us at support@talkomni.com with any questions.

2. Data we collect

Account data (name, email, organization). Content you upload (documents and knowledge used to answer customers). Conversation data exchanged through connected channels. Usage and diagnostic logs. Billing details handled by our payment processor.

3. How we use data

To provide and operate the assistant (answering, taking actions, handoff), to maintain security and prevent abuse, to provide support, to process payments, and to improve reliability. We do not sell your data.

4. Processors and sub-processors

We use trusted providers to run the service, including cloud hosting, AI model and embedding providers, the customer-messaging inbox platform, and a payment processor. They process data only to provide their part of the service under their own security commitments.

5. AI processing

Customer messages and relevant excerpts of your documents are sent to AI model providers to generate responses and decide tool actions. Only the data needed to answer a request is sent.

6. Retention

We keep account and conversation data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, unless a longer period is required by law.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, scoped credentials, tenant isolation and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To make a request, email support@talkomni.com.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be communicated through the service. The “last updated” date below reflects the current version.
